Workspace of HBP for diverse range of businesses is conceptualised as a visually transparent one large space divided by multiple vertical barriers that creates individual work dens and a meeting space. The constraints of the existing structure and services becomes the driving factor of spatial layout that is efficient, volumetric and hierarchical. We took design decisions that followed the idea and need of generating a space that is spatially large yet physically divided, thus a continuous monotonous seamless horizontal and vertical surfaces.

The furniture is designed with gravitas that holds and marks the spaces of individual workspace that are perceptually larger. The work desks are concrete robust top with shou shugi ban wood and couch is an ode to George Nakashima and his legacy of craft and wood work, bringing out the true nature of wood.
