The experience store for Greenvolt Mobility marks the startup’s first retail space, born out of a college-driven enthusiasm to create a greener world.
The unique challenge of the project was to establish a strong brand identity through interior design. To successfully sell a product, it’s essential to captivate the viewer and leave a lasting impression of the product in the context of the brand. The neutral black-and-white color palette creates a cohesive and timeless impression, balancing professionalism with modernity. This contrast serves as a backdrop for showcasing the product, emphasizing its features. The key elements of the brand and product are carefully highlighted, simplifying the space and content to its essentials, turning the exhibit into a “spectacle.”
Spatially, the store is divided into two distinct areas—the display and service zones—separated by a curtain wall. The display area is organized along the existing walls, where each panel is used to provide detailed information about the product and the company’s journey. Various rooms are created through lighting, maintaining the showroom as one large, uninterrupted space while defining areas and creating pauses through the play of light. The space is further defined by color, with white signifying the informative areas and black acting as a barrier, guiding the customer’s movement throughout the store.
